If you’ve already seen my catalog and found a work you like, please feel free to send me an email or call me and I’ll let you know if the painting is still available and answer any questions you might have.

What if you’ve seen a work you like, but you are just not sure?

No worries. I am happy to help you make a decision! I will take the time to offer advice and answer any questions you might have. It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.

There are several helpful options, depending on what would work best for you:

If you live nearby, you are warmly invited to come by my studio. You can take a closer look at all of my work and I can answer your questions personally.

What if you live farther away or are too busy to come by? No problem. I can put my painting on your wall virtually! All I need is a Photo of the wall where you wish to hang the painting. Have you already decided to purchase a painting?

• If you’re in my delivery area (within ~50 Kilometers of Dachau), we can make an appointment and I’ll personally bring the painting by and even hang it for you if you’d like.
• If you live in Germany, shipping is included in the price. As soon as I receive your payment for the full price of the artwork, I can ship the painting to you.
• If you’re outside of Germany, please contact me with your shipping address and I will send you an offer with the price for shipping to other countries.

A few notes about how I ship:

I personally wrap each painting with the utmost care.

Any hanging hardware and instructions you may need will be included in the package.

In case something should unexpectedly go wrong with shipping, don’t worry; every package is insured by me.

As soon as I’ve sent your package, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. Shipping within Germany usually takes about one week.

I want you to be happy with your new artwork!

In the unlikely case that you are not happy with the painting you’ve purchased; you can return it to me within fourteen days of receiving it. You’ll need to pay the shipping for the return, but I will refund one hundred percent of your purchase price as soon as the painting arrives undamaged at my studio. Of course, it is also possible to exchange the painting for another of the same price category, or we can add or subtract the price difference.

Do customers have extra benefits?

Yes, they do!

If you have purchased a painting from me. I consider you a collector. Collectors have the following privileges:

• You get to see my newest paintings before anyone else does: Collectors get an advanced email with my updated catalog.
• You receive a 10% discount on every additional painting you buy.
• I’ll keep you up to date on any events or openings I’ll be holding.
